I have been in this mood the past few days of wanting to tackle every corner of this home and give things away and throw things out. This morning Chris entered the kitchen and I had nearly every cupboard door open and the countertops were full of stuff. He looked at me and said "I know what you're doing." I asked him what exactly it was that he thought I was doing! He said "You're building a nest." Ha! I laughed, but after thinking about it it sure seems true! I have to make room! I want to get rid of things that we don't use or don't need and make room for things that we will! I find myself already beginning to make and plan a home for these babies that will come to us in just 7 short months. Today I teared up - just picturing them. Just imagining seeing their little faces and stroking their little foreheads and kissing their precious cheeks. Ooh, I get tears again just imagining it. God - continue to bless and pour your protection over them, over me, and over their daddy.
The kitchen - where I went through and tossed out every container and lid that didn't have a match! The source of much leftovers frustration! :)
