Grayson's Crawling!!!

He figured it all out tonight! It was just before bed. Part of our bed time routine is to dim the lights and put a little aquarium on for the boys. It lights up and plays soft music. Grayson was across the room from it and all of the sudden Chris says "Beth!" I look over and he is slowly crawling his way across the room. We have been watching the boys rocking and rocking for weeks now. They were understanding how to move their little legs back and forth, but they couldn't quite work out the hands! He got it now!

He stared at the aquarium the entire time. He was so focused as he made his way across the floor. He had such a look of determination on his face as he slowly willed all those hands and legs to work together!

Chris and I were so proud! We both got choked up watching our little boy take his first trek across the carpet on his hands and knees.

Afterwards I clapped for him and he just laid on his back and kicked his little feet and giggled.
I can't believe it. How can it be time for this already? It is so exciting!

Ethan just laid on his belly watching Grayson and wondering what all the fussing and clapping was all about. He just wanted his bottle! He won't be too far behind I'm sure!

Chris told me to grab the camera and I grabbed the still...should have been the video...oh well! I was too excited! Go Grayson Go!
