Sorry things have been so quiet here on the blogging front. This parenting stuff is full time work! The boys continue to do so well and it is hard to believe that they are almost 3 weeks old...or 37 weeks along...whatever way you want to look at it! :)
They continue to do so well and it is hard to believe the progress we have seen the past few weeks. We are learning so much in the process of them staying at the NICU. We are getting to be pros at taking temperatures, changing diapers, breast feeding, bottle feeding, burping and giving baths. Seeing them is the highlight of my day and I just can't believe they're ours!
I do look so forward to the day we will bring them home with us - but I also know that for now they are right where they need to be and we don't want to rush them home.
Thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers for our family.
What an amazing time for us.

Love Dad B
Thanks for the update; I'm so glad the boys are doing well!
Enjoy your new "full time work" as I know you are! :)
YAY! Great to hear from you...and seriously...we need to see some cute faces soon! I wanna come see you!
The NICU is a learning experience for new parents. We learnt a lot there- and were ready to bring them home. So, so happy those boys made it as long as they did on the inside!!! sending my love and prayers- soon enough they will be in the 90th percentile (like my girls) and you'll wonder how you got there!
After a time, the NICU will be a blip in your memory. But, oh how thankful for them to be there when we needed them and as you do now (though different hosp). But, we're so glad to hear really good news from your site...congratulations again!
Oh hon, I'm so happy for you guys! I wish I could hop on a plane and do everything you needed done so you could just sit and enjoy watching those little ones. You and "your boys" are in my prayers. No pressure, but I'm dying to see what they look like! :)
Beth, I just checked your blog today (1/11) for the first time in awhile. We are so happy to see the boys improve so much and to see how you have improved as well. That beautiful smile of yours just beams when you speak of the boys...and Chris gets a twinkle in his eyes I have never seen before.
God bless you all,
Mom H.
